A fair hearing by an impartial hearing officer shall be held within 60 days after receipt by the division of a request by the applicant or consumer unless an extension of time is granted as specified in § 46:30:05:07. The hearing shall be held at the vocational rehabilitation office closest to the aggrieved party's home unless another place is agreed upon by both parties.
