Unless otherwise specified in this article, in carrying out the administration of SDCL chapter 28-9, the vocational rehabilitation program, the Division of Rehabilitation Services shall follow the regulations set forth in 34 C.F.R. §§ 361 to 367, inclusive, (November 1, 1998); and Titles I to VIII, inclusive, of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Pub. L. No. 93-112, as amended (August 7, 1998).
