The ICF/IID shall have available qualified professional staff to develop, implement, and monitor each person's ISP during the provision of active treatment in accordance with 42 C.F.R. § 483.440. These staff must participate as members of the interdisciplinary team process; must participate in ongoing staff development and training; and must be licensed, certified, or registered according to state licensure requirements, if applicable.
