The strengthening families program is available to a family who has a child or adult who meets eligibility criteria as defined in § 46:11:10:07 and who is not receiving services from a provider. The strengthening families program does not provide service coordination to families. The division determines eligibility and authorizes payment for items and supplies that are requested by eligible families.
