A local family support program provides services, supports, and other assistance through a coordinator to a participant who has a developmental disability and lives in a home. Services, supports, and other assistance available under the local family support program include:

1. (1) Providing information and referral to other available resources as needed;
2. (2) Providing service coordination;
3. (3) Providing advocacy services; and
4. (4) Providing financial assistance to purchase supports and services that are included in the ISP and approved by the division.
