Each provider of direct HCB services shall submit plans to the division for approval of any new construction or remodeling of any existing structures owned by the provider of direct HCB services. These plans must show the general arrangement of the building and the intended purpose and the fixed equipment for each room. Newly constructed or remodeled physical facilities may not be used by participants until approval is obtained from the division.
