The participant's case manager must submit the Inventory for Client and Agency Planning (ICAP) data pursuant to § 67:54:04:06.

Failure to comply with the provisions of this section may result in the withholding of the department's payments for services provided for each participant for whom the required data is not furnished. Payments may be withheld by the department until all data is furnished. Any payment previously withheld will be paid upon submission of all requested data pursuant to this section.
