The division may impose probation, not to exceed one year, if a provider fails to demonstrate substantial compliance with the requirements in this article or engages in any action listed in subdivisions 46:11:02:14(1), (2), (3), (4), and (5).

A provider may not accept new participants while on probation, unless approved by the division.
