44 : 90 : 05 : 09 . List of approved active ingredients in pesticides. The department approves the following substances as active ingredients in pesticides when used in a manner consistent with the product label:

1. (1) Synthetic chemical agents:

   1. (a) Auxin;
   2. (b) Azadirachtin;
   3. (c) Capric acid;
   4. (d) Caprylic acid;
   5. (e) Citric acid;
   6. (f) Copper octoanoate;
   7. (g) Cytokinins;
   8. (h) Diatomaceous earth;
   9. (i) Gibberellic acid;
   10. (j) Horticultural oils;
   11. (k) Hydrogen peroxide;
   12. (l) Indole-3-butyric acid;
   13. (m) Insecticidal soaps;
   14. (n) Iron phosphate;
   15. (o) Methoprene;
   16. (p) Peroxyacetic acid;
   17. (q) Petroleum oils;
   18. (r) Phosphorous acid, including salts thereof;
   19. (s) Potassium bicarbonate;

       Substances identified as posing minimal risk in 40 C.F.R. § 180.950(e) (May 24, 2002) are approved as active or inert ingredients in pesticides when used in a manner consistent with the product label.
