44 : 90 : 04 : 24 . Health and safety standards for storage. A medical cannabis establishment shall store cannabis and cannabis products, unless on display for sale:

1. (1) In secure, sealed containers that protect against damage from light, water, insects, or rodents; and
2. (2) Under environmental conditions, including refrigeration of any perishable edible product, that will protect against physical, chemical, or microbial contamination and damage from temperature or humidity.
