44 : 82 : 06 : 14 . Spiritual needs. The owner or operator shall provide for the spiritual needs of the resident as appropriate. Any resident's request to see a clergyman shall be honored. No specific religious beliefs or practices may be imposed on any resident contrary to the resident's choice.
