The provisions of this chapter apply to any new facility and to any renovation, addition, or change in space use of currently approved existing facility. Accessible and usable accommodations shall be available to the public, staff, and residents with disabilities.

Each facility shall comply with NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, 2012 edition.
