A detached structure or auxiliary building used for combustible storage or vehicle parking built adjacent to, but not directly attached to, a hospice shall either be separated from the facility by a minimum distance of 20 feet, equipped with automatic sprinkler protection, or provided with two-hour fire rated separation.
