The obstetrical suite shall be located to prevent through traffic. The number of delivery rooms and labor rooms required shall be based on the estimated annual birthrate. A patients' toilet room shall be provided adjoining each labor room or shall be conveniently accessible within the obstetrical suite. Bathing facilities shall be conveniently available.
