An antisiphon device or backflow preventer shall be installed on hose bibs and on any fixtures to which hoses or tubing can be attached such as laboratory, janitor sink, bedpan flushing attachment, handheld shower, and autopsy table. An antisiphon device or backflow preventer shall be installed on all plumbing and equipment where any possibility exists for contamination of the potable water supply.
