Each hospital required to report charge information pursuant to SDCL 34-12-11 shall report the patient information described in § 44:66:02:03 to the South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations as follows:

1. (1) January first to June thirtieth data by October first of the same year; and
2. (2) July first through December thirty-first data by April first of the following year.
