- (4) Babesiosis (Babesiaspp);
- (5) Campylobacteriosis (Campylobacter spp.);
- (6) Chancroid (Haemophilusducreyi);
- (7) Carbon monoxide poisoning;
- (8) Chicken pox/Varicella (herpesvirus);
