If an EMS cardiopulmonary resuscitation directive as provided by this chapter is revoked pursuant to SDCL 34-12F-8, the person revoking the directive shall notify, in writing, the department, the attending physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner, and any emergency medical response agency who has actual knowledge of the EMS cardiopulmonary resuscitation directive.
