ARSD 44:05:05:11
An air ambulance licensed in this state must have at least one paramedic and one registered nurse on all transports.
A physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or registered respiratory therapist, who is currently licensed in this state, may replace one or both personnel on any air ambulance transport.
