Each ground ambulance must be equipped with the following nonmedical equipment or have the equipment immediately available on the scene of a response from other sources:
- (1) One crescent wrench;
- (2) One screwdriver with regular blade;
- (3) One Phillips screwdriver;
- (4) One vise-grip pliers;
- (5) One sixteen-ounce hammer;
- (6) One fire axe, crowbar with a pinch point, or wrecking bar;
- (7) One bolt cutter; and
- (8) One portable hydraulic jack or spreader tool with four-ton capacity.
