The secretary may deny or revoke a disabled hunter permit if:

1. (1) The information and documentation provided by the applicant cannot be verified;
2. (2) The applicant made a false statement on the application to secure a permit;
3. (3) The permittee violated the limitations or conditions of the permit; or

4. (4) The permittee no longer qualifies for a disabled hunter permit as described in this chapter.

   A person who has had an application for a disabled hunter permit denied or has had a disabled hunter permit revoked may appeal to the Game, Fish and Parks Commission, according to procedures established by SDCL chapter 1-26.
