41 : 06 : 62 : 03 . Number of licenses. No more than ten big game licenses may be issued for the hunt for habitat raffle . Both residents and nonresidents are eligible to receive a single license or license package containing more than one license type, provided no more than one same license package may be issued to a nonresident.
