ARSD 41:06:04:06 – Use of motor vehicles to disturb game prohibited.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 41:06:04:01, a person may not use a motor vehicle to scare, harass, disperse, rally, drive, chase, intercept, pursue or disturb in any manner big game, small game, or migratory waterfowl.
