41 : 04 : 06 : 05.02 . Placement of buoys. In situations in which a department supplied sign would be impractical or not provide conspicuous notice to the public of closed portions of nonmeandered waters , the landowner shall acquire and set buoys in compliance with § 41 : 04:06:05.03.
