41 : 04 : 06 : 05.01 . Placement of department supplied signs. If a landowner closes a portion of the nonmeandered waters overlying the landowner's land and a sign would provide conspicuous notice of the restricted areas, the landowner shall place a sign supplied by the d epartment to mark the body of water closed. Signs supplied by the department must be used to mark closed portions of frozen nonmeandered waters. Signs must be placed in accordance with § 41:04:06:05.03.
