41 : 04 : 06 : 05 . Marking of closed nonmeandered bodies of water. Any landowner who wishes to close the water overlying their flooded land on a nonmeandered waterbody must conspicuously mark the water as being closed to recreation use and notify the department within a reasonable time that they have done so.
