The following waters of Roy Lake in Marshall County:
- (1) The waters of Roy Lake fronting on the north shore of the west unit of Roy Lake State Park starting at the light pole on the west side of the boat ramp and continuing westerly about 700 feet are a "public swimming zone"; and
- (2) The waters fronting on the west shore of the east unit of Roy Lake State Park starting at a point approximately 330 feet south of the boat ramp, then continuing southerly approximately 225 feet are a "public swimming zone."
