Gregory County public water safety zones are as follows:
- (1) The waters of Burke Lake fronting on that portion of Burke Lake Recreation Area beginning at a point on the shoreline approximately 275 feet west of the boat ramp and continuing westerly for 150 feet are a "public swimming zone";
- (2) The waters of Lake Francis Case lying west of the mouth of Ash Canyon Bay in the Buryanek Recreation Area are a "no wake zone"; and
- (3) The waters of Lake Francis Case fronting approximately 300 feet of South Shore Lakeside Use Area and extending approximately 150 feet out from the waters edge are a "no wake zone."
