Custer County public water safety zones are as follows:
(1) Sylvan Lake:
- (a) The waters of Sylvan Lake are an "electric motors only zone"; and
- (b) The waters in the area marked with buoys in the northeast portion of Sylvan Lake are a "public swimming zone";
(2) Legion Lake:
- (a) The waters of Legion Lake are an "electric motors only zone"; and
- (b) The waters in the area marked with buoys in the northeast portion of Legion Lake are a "public swimming zone";
(3) Center Lake:
- (a) The waters of Center Lake are a "no wake zone"; and
- (b) The waters in the area marked with buoys in the northwest portion of Center Lake are a "public swimming zone";
- (4) The waters of Stockade in the area marked with buoys in the east portion are a "public swimming zone"; and
- (5) The waters of Bismarck Lake are an "electric motors zone."
