Brule County public water safety zones are as follows:
- (1) The waters of American Creek Bay on Lake Francis Case from a point on the west edge of State Highway 50 where the present riprap begins near the north edge of the State Highway 50 bridge, then in a northwesterly direction for a distance of approximately 250 feet are a "public swimming zone"; and
- (2) The waters of American Creek Bay on Lake Francis Case starting at the entrance of the bay, except the "public swimming zone" described in subdivision (1), are a "no wake zone."
