41 : 04 : 01 : 11 . Aeration signage. Any person who operates an aeration system on waters with public access shall post conspicuous markers sufficient to notify the public of the location of the aeration system. Signs of highly visible size and design indicating "Danger Open Water", clearly showing the location of the open water created by the aeration system shall be posted at all boat ramps and public access points any time the aeration system is in operation. Access area signs and on-lake markers must be removed by March 30 each year, or earlier, if weather conditions warrant. Aeration system as used in this section means a bubbler, water circulation, or similar system used to increase dissolved oxygen or maintain open water.
