41 : 03 : 01 : 37 . Firewood prohibited. No person may bring firewood into the state park system that has been in an emerald ash borer quarantined area as designated by the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources or has been in a state other than this state , unless th e firewood has a label affixed certifying it has been treated for emerald ash borer.
