To inform compensation determinations under § 24:59:05:06 , the South Dakota Board of Technical Education shall, every three years, provide each postsecondary technical college wage data for each postsecondary technical college instructor position. The South Dakota Board of Technical Education may consult with the Department of Labor and Regulation or the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration to compile such data.
