Each s chool district shall publish and disseminate the accountability system results of each public school in the district, including the final classifications of public schools in the district pursuant to chapter 24:55:03 , to parents, teachers, principals, schools, and the community consistent with the requirements of 20 U.S.C. 6311(h) effective December 10 , 201 5 .
