24 : 55 : 02 : 09.05 . Calculation of progress towards post high school credentials. To determine the percent of students successfully completing the progress towards post high school credentials pathway , the department shall:

1. (1) Determine the number of students in the cohort of students included in the school's prior year high school completion school performance index (SPI) key indicator score calculation who earned one or more high school graduation advanced endorsements;
2. (2) Divide the unduplicated number of students meeting the criteria in subdivision (1) by the cohort of students included in the school's prior year high school completion SPI key indicator score calculation to arrive at the percent of students meeting the progress towards post high school credentials pathway; and
3. (3) Multiply the number achieved in subdivision (2) by half of the points available for the indicator.
