For purposes of this article, the term, student groups, means the following groups of students for purposes of aggregating and disaggregating data:
- (1) All students enrolled in a specific public school;
- (2) Economically disadvantaged students;
- (3) Students from the following major racial and ethnic groups according to definitions established by the United States Census Report: Hispanic/Latino; American Indian or Alaska Native; Asian, Black or African American; Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander; White; and two or more races;
- (4) Students with disabilities;
- (5) Students who are English learners;
- (6) Students in foster care;
- (7) Students who are homeless;
- (8) Students with a parent who is a member of the armed forces on active duty or serves on full-time National Guard duty; and
- (9) Migrant students.
