Higher education programs for the preparation of education personnel shall operate under a written mission statement. The educator preparation provider's statements of goals and program objectives, consistent with the mission statement, shall serve as a basis for decision making regarding policies affecting all of the programs for the preparation of education personnel and shall assure that education graduates are prepared to serve in diverse settings.
