The city and the Deadwood preservation commission shall include procedures which identify the cost categories in §§ 24:52:10:08 and 24:52:10:09 in the city's accounting system. These cost categories shall appear on all vouchers and on other accounting and reporting documents in a manner consistent with applicable state accounting methods.
