The city shall employ persons professionally qualified in the areas of history, historic preservation, archaeology, and architectural history consistent with 36 C.F.R. Part 61, Appendix A - Professional Qualifications Standards (March 9, 1999) and shall assign those persons to manage programs funded by the Deadwood preservation fund.
