24 : 28 : 25 : 02 . Kindergarten through grade four endorsements. For an individual who has completed a K-12 SPED preparation program, the following kindergarten through grade four endorsements require completion of an elementary preparation program:

1. (1) Self-contained kindergarten through fourth grade;
2. (2) Kindergarten;
3. (3) Kindergarten through fourth grade English language arts endorsement;
4. (4) Kindergarten through fourth grade math;
5. (5) Kindergarten through fourth grade science; and
6. (6) Kindergarten through fourth grade social science.
