24 : 28 : 23 : 10 . Endorsements requiring content test, content major, or coursework. For an individual who has completed a K-12 preparation program, each of the endorsements listed in this section requires completion of one of the following: passage of the state-designated content test, major in content, or completion of state-designated coursework. The endorsements are:

2. (2) K-12 instrumental music education;
3. (3) Elementary reading;
4. (4) Elementary Latin;
5. (5) Elementary French;
6. (6) Elementary German;
7. (7) Elementary Spanish;
8. (8) Elementary Chinese;

10. (10) Elementary computer science education;
11. (11) Elementary school library specialist;
12. (12) Elementary English as a new language;
13. (13) Secondary advanced composition and grammar;
