24 : 28 : 23 : 09 . Endorsements requiring content major or coursework. For an individual who has completed a K-12 preparation program, each of the endorsements listed in this section requires a major in content or completion of state-designated coursework. The endorsements are:

1. (1) Elementary Russian;
2. (2) Elementary Japanese;
3. (3) Elementary Norwegian;
4. (4) Elementary World Languages;
5. (5) Secondary Russian;
6. (6) Secondary Japanese;
7. (7) Secondary Norwegian; and
8. (8) Secondary world languages.
