24 : 28 : 22 : 04 . Endorsements requiring completion of elementary preparation. For an individual who has completed a CTE preparation program, each of the endorsement programs listed in this section requires completion of elementary preparation. The endorsements are:

1. (1) Kindergarten;
2. (2) Self-contained kindergarten through fourth grade;
3. (3) Kindergarten through fourth grade English language arts;
4. (4) Kindergarten through fourth grade math;
5. (5) Kindergarten through fourth grade science; and
6. (6) Kindergarten through fourth grade social science.
