24 : 28 : 17 : 30 . Renewal requirements for an inactive certificate. An applicant renewing an inactive certificate shall:
- (1) Complete the applicable renewal application form provided by the Department; and
- (2) Pay any application fee as provided in chapter 24:28:05.
