24 : 28 : 15 : 01 . Administrator alternative certification. An applicant for an administrator alternative certification may perform administrative duties at a public or d epartment-accredited school or district while pursuing alternative certification as a superintendent or principal, but may not complete both a superintendent and principal alternative certification at the same time .
