24 : 28 : 08 : 14 . Technology coordinator. An educator with a technology coordinator education specialist certificate is eligible to coordinate and supervise aspects of instructional technology in a school district, including instructional integration, technology standards, professional development, and curriculum development. The certificate is issued to a person with a professional or advanced teaching certificate, or professional or advanced administrator certificate, and meeting the requirements of § 24:28:27:09.
