24 : 28 : 08 : 10 . School psychological examiner. An educator with a school psychological examiner education specialist certificate is eligible to be a school psychological examiner for students birth to age 21. The certificate is issued to a person with a master’s degree meeting the requirements of § 24:28:27:05.
