24 : 28 : 08 : 05 . Education specialist certificate areas. An education specialist certificate is a certificate awarded to an individual who has completed preparation or coursework by a regionally-accredited institution of higher education to provide professional services in the following areas:

1. (1) Curriculum director;
2. (2) School counselor;
3. (3) School psychologist;
4. (4) Special education director;
5. (5) School psychological examiner;
6. (6) Mentor teacher;
7. (7) Mentor school counselor;
8. (8) Technology integrationist; and
9. (9) Technology coordinator.
