24 : 28 : 07 : 10 . K-12 principal preparation. An administrator with K-12 principal preparation is eligible to be a school principal or assistant principal in an education setting from early childhood through grade 12. A K-12 principal preparation is issued to a person meeting the requirements of § 24:53:08:0 2 .
