24 : 28 : 05 : 01 . Educator certification fees. T he following are non-refundable certification fees:
- (1) Initial educator certificate- $60;
- (2) Renewal educator certificate - $60;
- (3) Out-of-state provisional certificate - $35;
- (4) Duplicate educator certificate - $25;
- (5) Educator permit - $25;
- (6) Alternative preliminary certificate - $20;
- (7) Alternative certification certificate - $25;
- (8) Adding an endorsement based on state-designated test - $35;
- (9) Adding an endorsement or professional preparation based on transcript analysis $50;
- (10) Conversion to an advanced certificate - $25;
- (11) Inactive educator certificate - $25; and
- (12) Invalid educator certificate fee - $100.
